Senior citizens and individuals with disabilities may qualify for North Dakota property tax credits

  • 65 years of age or older in the year the application is made and income less than $70,000‚Äč


  • Permanetly disabled
  • Proof of total disability must be established
  • Can be homeowner or renter
  • No age requirement for those permanently disabled
  • Homeowner or renter with a disability must meet the same qualifications, except for age, as a senior citizen homeowner or renter

Homestead Property Tax Credit reduces taxable value as follows:
